Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”, we mean OnCallRadar. When we say the “Service”, we mean the OnCallRadarwebsite and application. When we say “you”, we mean the people or organizations that own an account.
We may update these Terms in the future. When we make a significant change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take appropriate steps to notify account holders. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce a right or provision of the Terms; that does not mean we are waiving that right or provision.
Account terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for ensuring that the people in your organization do the same. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all content posted to, and activity that occurs under, your account — including the content and activity of the users in your organization.
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or to harass, threaten, or harm others, and you may not permit any user in your organization to do so.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.
Acceptable use
OnCallRadaris an on-call roster — a single source of truth for who is on call. It is not a paging, alerting, or emergency-dispatch system, and you should not rely on it as one. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so: do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted by our security policy; do not attempt to access another organization’s data; and do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Fees and changes
- The Service is currently offered free of charge. We do not ask for your payment-card information.
- If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give you clear notice and the choice to accept the new terms before any charge applies. We may change or discontinue free features at any time.
Cancellation and termination
- You are responsible for properly canceling your account. When you cancel, your content becomes immediately inaccessible and is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if providing the Service is no longer commercially viable. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice first.
- Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse — including threats — of a Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Uptime, security, and privacy
- Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take uptime seriously but do not offer a service-level agreement, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We take many measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. Please refer to our Security overview for details, and our Security policy for how to report a vulnerability.
- When you use the Service, you entrust us with your data. We will only process it as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.
Content ownership and rights
- You give us a limited license to host and display the content you and your users post, solely so we can provide the Service to you. We claim no ownership over it — all content you submit remains yours.
- The Company and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service itself, including all intellectual property rights in it. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the code or visual design elements without our express written permission.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Limitation of liability
You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages) — resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any reliance on the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of on-call information in the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In other words: choosing to use the Service means you are making a bet on us. We do our best to be a safe bet through careful management, and investment in security and infrastructure. If you choose to use the Service, thank you for betting on us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
